Owner Jim Ohanian has had a career of 20+ years in the public safety sector as a fire lieutenant and paramedic. He has 10 years of experience in the home inspection field, including starting his own company, First Response Home Inspection, in 2013. His educational background includes a Fire Science degree from St. Petersburg College and a Florida State Certification as an Instructor in Fire Service and Fire Officer. In addition, he is a Federal Emergency Response official certified as a FEMA contractor for the Department of Homeland Security. Jim has grown his company in the Tampa Bay area and become a valuable resource to sellers, buyers, multiple insurance companies, and real estate agents and is regarded as a reputable, prompt, and dependable home inspector.
