My reports used to take me 4 or 5 hours to complete at home after spending the same amount of time a a house inspection do I had around 10 hours per inspection and doing 2 a day was a daunting task. now I spend 3-4 hours at a house and 30 mins. to and hour at home tweaking my report in most cases. this software has given me some life back! I highly recommend it and realtors love it too! I say buy it unless you live in my area of Texas so I can be set apart from the pack!
This has allowed us to more quickly expand as a multi inspector firm. Better quality control as the office can view and modify reports in real time while the inspector is in the field and review the report prior to the inspector leaving in case there is a flag that was noted.
